Jacks scored a fantastic hundred, while Kohli hit a half-century, guiding RCB to a commanding nine-wicket victory. Opening batsman Kohli remained unbeaten with 70 runs, and Jacks, batting at number three, also remained unbeaten with 100 runs. Furthermore, they built a partnership of 166 runs, easily chasing down the target of 201 runs with 24 balls to spare. RCB reached a total of 206 for 1 in 16 overs.
In the earlier innings, Gujarat Titans managed to score 200 for 3 after choosing to bat first. After that,Sai Sudharsan remained not out with 84 runs, and M Shahrukh Khan scored 58 runs, helping GT reach the 200-run mark.
For RCB, Swapnil Singh, Mohammed Siraj, and Glenn Maxwell each took one wicket in IPL2024.
