Amidst the journey to Vizag, the team enjoyed some downtime, particularly Rinku Singh and Andre Russell, who were at the heart of a humorous episode.

Rinku entertained his teammates by singing ‘Lutt Putt Gaya,’ a track from Shah Rukh Khan’s movie ‘Dunki.’ He then cheekily suggested that the videographer prompt Russell to perform the song. Russell’s playful protest, “You don’t sing that song, it’s my song,” was met with an attempt to sing it himself, which led to an eruption of laughter from everyone onboard, including Rinku, who couldn’t resist teasing the West Indies all-rounder about his accent.
Following KKR’s triumph over RCB, Captain Iyer lavished praise on Russell and Sunil Narine, highlighting their exceptional value to the team. Both players had indeed put up a spectacular show; Narine took a wicket, and Russell claimed two. Moreover, Narine’s explosive opening, scoring 47 runs off just 22 balls with a striking rate of 213.64, earned him the ‘Player of the Match’ title.
Shreyas Iyer emphasized the duo’s importance to the team, noting their ability to balance their contributions with both bat and ball, thereby proving to be “phenomenal assets for the team.” This versatility, according to Iyer, represents a significant advantage for KKR, as highlighted in comments released by JioCinema.
